Concert by Znojmo Musicians with Pavel Šporcl
Artists whose musical journeys began in Znojmo and led them all the way to prestigious stages around the world will come together on one stage.
The audience can look forward to a special guest who, thanks to the Znojmo Music Festival, has also maintained a long-standing, warm relationship with Znojmo–a captivating performance by violin virtuoso and longtime festival patron Pavel Šporcl, who has invited his brother Petr Šporcl to join him this time. Other guests will be violin master Jiří Pospíchal and Jiří Kudrna, who will take on the role of conductor of the Znojmo Chamber Orchestra for this evening.
Event description
The evening’s program will bring together masterpieces by musical giants such as Bohuslav Martinů, Johan Halvorsen, Antonio Vivaldi, and Johann Sebastian Bach with music by contemporary composers who hail from the Znojmo region or are active there.
This concert is not just a musical event, but also a celebration of talent, tradition, and a deep connection to the place where it all began.
