JAZZ MATINEE: BEE BAND (CZ)
A relaxing morning meeting with friends over good wine and picnic baskets full of tasty treats in the bosom of the beautiful nature of the Podyjí National Park.
The Jihlava band Bee Band focuses mainly on the 1920s and 1930s, when the rhythms of jazz and swing moved the world of music. Among their favorite performers are Ella Fitzgerald, Louis Armstrong, Billie Holiday, Nat King Cole, but also Zuzana Navarová or Karel Plíhal, who revived the hits of the 1930s on the Czech stage using the lyrics of Josef Kainar.
